Issue #24

Hey, it’s Harry.

Welcome back to another week of the streaming and content grind.

Firstly, welcome to the over 200 new subscribers who’ve joined this week. I’ve reached new records on this newsletter, my YouTube and my website recently so thanks for all the support. Anyway, enough about me…

In today’s edition of Live Success:

  • 🤑 TikTok streamers are printing money with another NPC trend

  • 👾 Checking out a unique Interactive Minecraft game

  • 🚓 A new GTA 5 trend is making people hundreds

  • 🔑 TikTok stream key applications

🐱 The NPC Cat Trend That Is Printing Money

If you’ve been on TikTok LIVE this week, you’ve probably noticed two things. The first is a gaming trend that we’ll talk about later. The second is a black cat that reacts when viewers send gifts.

A black animated cat sits in a lofi style bedroomm

What is it?

Meet Leo the void 🐱⚫. I first saw this on CBC’s stream. Here’s a basic breakdown of the stream.

  • Leo is sitting in a lofi style bedroom with chill lofi music playing in the background.

  • When you send Leo a gift, he reacts with interesting voice lines such as “This rose smells mesmerising”.

  • CBC’s stream has consistently maintained between 500 and 1,000 viewers. At the time of writing, the stream has been running for 161 hours straight!

Why is it successful?

Immaculate vibes!

  • The lofi bedroom video in the background looks great, Leo looks and sounds like a handsome boy 🐱 and the music in the background is chill. In general, good vibes!

  • For the non-gifters, they can enjoy the chill lofi music and listen to Leo’s (Irish?) voice.

  • For the gifters, they get the satisfaction of Leo reading out a unique voice line for each gift.

I am not hating on PinkyDoll but every culture has a counter-culture and this is what we’re seeing here. It’s the NPC trend, but more relatable? I’m actually struggling with the right way to put this.

How is it made?

Over the span of just two days, I was asked this question around 15 times 😂. Initially, I had no idea. I thought it was some super advanced AI tech with custom-coded animations.

But then I dug a little deeper and tried to reverse-engineer it. In the end, I found that it was pretty simple to make and best of all, you can make it for free.

⛏ Just One Block - Interactive Minecraft Game

For a while now, I’ve been wanting to make my own interactive TikTok LIVE games store and I’m delighted to announce my first game. Say hello to Just One Block!

The concept is pretty simple. You make money, the viewers have fun!

  • ⛏ Streamer tries to mine the block to 0 health.

  • 🎁 Viewers send gifts to help or stop the streamer.

  • ❤️ Send gifts to add or remove HP.

  • 🚀 Send gifts to increase, decrease or set the mining speed.

A huge thanks to TimeCode, who developed this plugin along with many of the free plugins you see in my content!

🚓 GTA 5 - King Of The Hill (TikTok LIVE Trend)

There’s a new GTA 5 trend that has exploded in popularity. I’ve never had so many views on a tutorial video in such a short amount of time!

A GTA streamer attempts to run up a ramp but the viewer has spawned forklift trucks to knock him off

It is quite straightforward. The streamer attempts to climb a ramp. The viewers send gifts to stop them.

It’s one of the many examples of a popular TikTok LIVE trend: streamer vs. viewer. Of course, we’ve seen this in Minecraft, Fortnite and many other games too.

I’ve never seen so much enthusiasm for a plugin. The developer of this plugin has made over $6,000 from this in just a few days but don’t worry you can do this for free with my tutorial.
